Research Desktop Support (RDS) is a subscription service provided by Research Computing for data acquisition computers, shared lab computers, instrumentation computers and personal research computers. RDS is specifically equipped for problems related to complex research equipment on any brand of computing hardware. This service includes:

2. Backing up data

3. Optimizing computer performance

4. Configuring separately licensed software

 

We also offer additional support options for shared computers and other types of on-premise and cloud computing resources.
