Research Computing (RC) Help Desk provides more specialized support for individually managed research computers (desktops and laptops) through Pediatric Scholar service.  In addition, RC Help Desk coordinates support for a wide range of scientific services, including Genomics, Bioinformatics, Retrospective Studies, Clinical Trials, Discovery, Electronic Data Capture, High-Performance Computing, Data Management, and Compliance with Research Computing Policies.

Please note: in general, all clinical systems at BCH and centrally managed workstations are supported through the IT Help Desk. The IT Help Desk can also assist with password resets and network connectivity. You can contact them 24 hours/day via the methods listed here.
