The BCH Connect Genomics team aims to integrate genomics information from across the BCH community and facilitate the interrogation, analysis, sharing and storage of genomic and phenotypic data. BCH Connect enables the integration of genomics information with gold-standard annotation databases, tools, platforms and repositories.

 

To this end, the BCH Connect team has filed IRB protocol IRB-P00027239 to leverage a centralized genomics repository. The goal of this repository is to provide a service to store, manage, and share genomic data for individual investigators and for broad usage, including sharing with external (academic and industry) entities, and to be able to aggregate genomic and phenotypic information so that it can be provided to other researchers.
